A total of 3500 families are claiming their flats built by the French company "General Contractor-Maroc" in the new city called Tamesna, near capital Rabat, which are due for over a year now.
During a visit to the city, organised by the association "Tamesna Awalan" on behalf of the media, theses families insisted that the French company should honour its commitments and deliver to them their houses after a delay of more than 1 year.
They also stressed that they have been "victims" of the company which made them wait for a longtime although they have paid most of the prices of the flats they would reside in.
Earlier this week, the housing Ministry had launched an investigation and set up a committee to find the best mediation solution between the property developer and its clients.
